Moody's KMV Presents the Latest Techniques in Credit Risk Modeling at Leading Industry Events in India
Dr. Jeffrey Bohn and Mr. Brian Ranson Address Best Practices in Credit Risk to National Institute of Bank Management Seminar and Asian Development Bank Meetings
SAN FRANCISCO - May 4, 2006 - Moody's KMV, the world's leading provider of quantitative credit risk measurement and management solutions to lenders, investors and corporations, today announced that Moody's KMV executives Dr. Jeffrey Bohn, Managing Director of Research and Credit Strategies and Mr. Brian Ranson, Managing Director, spoke at the National Institute of Bank Management Seminar (NIBM) in Mumbai, India as well as at the Asian Development Bank 39th Meeting (ADB) in Hyderabad, India. The NIBM Seminar began on May 1st and ran through May 2nd and the ADB meetings began on May 3rd and will end May 6th.
Both Dr. Bohn and Mr. Ranson addressed issues regarding best practices for assessing quantitative credit risk and management of credit portfolios. The focus was on economic capital management with some discussion on regulatory considerations regarding Basel II.
